Should the other woman be blamed for the breakup of a marriage?
Posted by Ariel Cherie
The soon-to-be ex-wives of celebrities are taking action against their husband for their infidelities, not only against their husbands, but against their mistresses as well.
Dwyane Wade’s wife, Siohvaughn Wade filed a lawsuit against Gabrielle Union, D. Wade’s live-in girlfriend, saying that Union “engaged in sexual foreplay” with her husband in front of her children.
Allegedly, Union told Wade’s two sons, who are eight- and two-years-old, that she was going to be their new mother. The children also call their Miami home, “the house where the woman kissing mommy lives.”
To add to that growing list of hatred is Swizz Beatz’s new ex-wife, Mashonda Dean. The music producer has been dating singer Alicia Keys, who is allegedly prego, for the past couple of years.
Mashonda is suing Swizz for child support, saying that he owes $344K in back support.
“I so wanted both of us to get on with our lives and maintain our respect for one another,” Dean said, “but he now shows that his priorities and sense of responsibility are screwed up.”
Is it fair that they blame the other woman for their marital issues?
No.
Is is not fair that Keys and Union dated these men while they were still in relationships. Who knows if they were separated or not, but ultimately the blame (as well as lawsuits) should solely be placed with the husbands.
They knew what they were doing, and they’re the ones who took a vow. I believe the wives should be upset with the other woman, it’s only natural, but to sue to mistress? Not gonna happen, cap’n.
According to Black Voices, Mashonda believes Keys is to blame for Swizz not owning up to his responsibilities.

It does make you wonder if all involved parties were sued if there would be infidelity.
Were these wives “the other woman” before they became “the wife”?
There is a saying “what goes around, comes around.
So many questions, so little time. Great topic.
