Stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe and her assistant Brad Goreski announced he would no longer be working for her as of October 1. In an interview with PEOPLE Magazine, he said,  “I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I know, but there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.”

Goreski, 33, says the split was amicable (unlike her unexpected split from her former style director Taylor Jacobson), and said when he told Zoe of his plans they cried and hugged it out.

 “I don’t want to hire somebody for the purpose of the show, we just got lucky,” said Zoe. “No one’s ever going to be Brad to me.”

I want to know the real reason he’s leaving. He definitely kept the story interesting on the last season of The Rachel Zoe Project after Taylor left. Hopefully, the next season will still be worth watching.
